  5. Walnut Creek, California, October 1, 1993 - The disc contains 1000
  6. dazzling image files of the earth, the planets, and the space
  7. program.  The images are mostly from NASA.  Users see images of the
  8. solar system from deep space probes and of the shuttle crew and of
  9. hardware that make the exploration possible.

  11. The disc also contains 5000 text files fully readable on the CDROM.
  12. These files include information on asteroids, astronauts, NASA news
  13. bulletins, press releases since 1962, the usenet sci.space archives
  14. from the internet, and more.

  16. A collection of astronomy and space related shareware rounds out the
  17. disc.  The handy viewer lets the user browse the disc reading
  18. documents, viewing images and unzipping program files.  We've virus
  19. scanned the disc.  Sysops get index files for rbbs, opus, pcboard,
  20. spitfire, maximus, and wildcat BBS software.  Space and Astronomy is
  21. available immediately from Walnut Creek CDROM at a retail price of
  22. $39.95.
